Pascal was wonderful to deal with: he always arrived when he said he would - in fact he almost always turned up early; he swiftly answered any questions we had; and he and his team did a great job installing the heat pump with minimal disruption to us. When I questioned Pascal about the model he recommended for us versus one another company had suggested (which was smaller and cheaper), he very clearly explained why we needed the larger model - which was better priced than the competitor's one of a similar size. Both the indoor and outdoor units were mounted very professionally and tidily and the electrical work was done to the same high standard. I cannot recommend Smart Air Solutions highly enough!

Pascal was a pleasure to deal with. I asked him to give me a quote for a heatpump. As well as doing that, he did additional testing, recommended the model I should have, was very competitively priced, very easy to deal with, and to top it off, he managed to squeeze me in, in between two other jobs, and the heat pump was installed two days after I accepted his quote.
The house was left nice and tidy - vacuuming done where dust etc had fallen during install - and even though the install took a little longer than he expected, he and the sparky still took the time to show me how everything worked. Would absolutely recommend Pascal's workmanship.
